18/09/15 News Stories

Amazon TV

In my opinion I believe that Amazon Fire TV will be the start of the death of TV. I say this because Amazon Prime is the second best streaming service in the world already and it only cost £79,99 it's not specific to how much it costs per film/show but I still believe that it's the next step from what Apple TV started. Amazon Fire TV has built in 4K resolution and it's 75% faster as well and the main reason why I say this will be the death on TV because it wouldn't surprise if Netflix tried to compete with Amazon Fire TV and released with their own TV service.

BBC USA Streaming

This is very important move for the BBC. The BBC have been very traditional when it came to it's service being stuck in the mud with it's service. It's important that they finally realise that the future of news is going to be on the internet and new that they are going to be streaming for the USA audience it's important to see if it fails or succeeds because if it fails the BBC will just start a very slow decline.
